Clergy and Staff

Fr. Michael Delaney – Rector, is a teacher, liturgist, preacher and musician. In additional to his Masters of Divinity, he has a degree in Music: voice and conducting. Michael came to St Andrew’s from Christ Episcopal Hospital in Jersey City where he served as Director of Pastoral Care.

Deacon Fred Fausak – Terry and I came to St. Andrew’s more than 35 years ago with three young children in tow. As a member of the Pastoral Staff, I attend Vestry Meetings, but I am not an elected member. I am responsible for the preparation of the schedule of Lectors and Chalice Bearers. If you are interested in serving on the altar in any capacity, please feel free to contact me. I have served on the Pastoral Care Committee and the Outreach Committee. In 1997, I was ordained a Deacon. I was fortunate enough to serve as a Deacon at St. Andrew’s until the present time with the exception of one year of which I served at St. Mary’s Church in Castleton. I continue to serve as a volunteer at nursing homes and as Chaplain to the New York City Fire Department Viking Association and the NYFD Retirees Staten Island Division.

Brandon Beachamp

Karen Kelly – For the past five years, I have served as the Rector’s assistant for Administration. Prior to coming to St. Andrew’s, I was employed at Deutsche Bank and New York Life Insurance. I am a graduate of St. John’s University and have both a Masters and Bachelor of Science in Finance. I have been happily married to my husband Greg for the past 16 years and we have an 8-year old son, Tyler.

Richard Ragsdale – I have served as the Rector’s assistant for Facility Management for the past four years. Prior to coming to St. Andrew’s, I was the manager of four building complexes in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I currently reside in the Rectory with my mother, Eleanor.

Vestry

Edith Holtermann – I am the Senior Warden of The Church of St. Andrew. I have been a member of the congregation for 57 years. I am chair of the Outreach Committee. Outreach includes Carpenter’s Kids, Trinity Lutheran Soup Kitchen, Project Hospitality Shelter in Hemsley Hall, Episcopal Relief and Development and the various outreach projects of the ECW. Stasia Krebushevski - Hello, my name is Stasia Krebushevski, but most of you may know me as Stacey. My position on the Vestry is Junior Warden. I am a third generation parishioner of St. Andrew’s and am dedicated to securing the future of the Church through sound financial decisions. My hope is the Church will be as strong for my grandchildren as it was for my grandmother. Therefore, I will be leading the Finance Committee. The purpose of this committee is to review our current financial health and find ways to improve it. If anyone would like to be on this committee with me, I would be glad to have you. Veronica Larney – As your Treasurer, I am an appointed member of the Vestry. I regularly attend all Vestry meetings and report on the Church’s general operating income and expenses. My job as volunteer Treasurer is to keep track of our expenses and to oversee our budget. I also monitor the finances of any special funds and projects. I am fortunate to work with two other volunteer Assistant Treasurers who assist me with posting donations, pledge payments and making deposits. Nina Acunzo – I have been a parishioner at the Church of St. Andrew for 18 years.  I am a newly elected member of the Vestry.  I have chosen to lead the Stewardship Committee as part of my Vestry responsibilities.  This means that, with a committee of fellow parishioners, I will be doing my best to see that each of us contributes his and her fair share to the church we all love.  If making sure this Church remains healthy through faithful stewardship is important to you, join my committee. Richard Coriasco – I have been a parishioner of The Church of St. Andrew for almost 3 years. I serve on the Vestry and attend regular meetings. I am responsible for Buildings and Grounds. If you would like to be a member of this committee or if I can answer any of your concerns, just let me know.

Charles Calderon – Hi, I am the Vestry person responsible for communications. You can ask me about our parish website, our telephones, or any advertising you want to do for the church or for specific events—either in print or online. Robert E. DiMilia – As a member of the Vestry, I am responsible for concerns of the administration of St. Andrew’s. I will assist the parish with personnel, the parish calendar, parish policies and the by-laws of the Church. Ralph Facciola – I’m the Vestry member responsible for the welcoming and sponsorship of new members. In this capacity, I serve as the leader for Ushers and Ministers of Hospitality. If you have any questions about welcoming, sponsorship of new members, or becoming a member, please contact me.

Charlie Keeler – I have been a member of The Church of St. Andrew since 1996. During that time, I have served on previous Vestries and was also a Warden. I am the Chair of the Pastoral Care Committee. This area includes Parish Nurse Program, Parish Health Fairs, and the visitation of sick or homebound members. Barbara Marcello – I am a 2nd term Vestry member and Chair of the Christian Education Committee. I am retired and find myself with lots of free time. I like to read and I enjoy hosting the Parish Book Club to discuss a great variety of books. In my role as Vestry member, I would like to work with you to enlarge and improve our Christian Education for our children, youth and adults. Tracyanne Morelli – I am the Clerk of the Vestry. I attend all Vestry meetings and draft and finalize each month’s Vestry minutes for circulation to members. If you have any questions about Vestry minutes contact me.

Michelle (Mickey) Schlicter – I have been a member of the parish of The Church of St. Andrew for the past 8 years. I currently serve on the Vestry and I am the Chair of the Cemetery Committee. I am also a member of the Evening Guild and assist with the Altar Guild. Working together, we can build a strong church for future generations. Jeff Ward – Greetings fellow parishioners! I began worshiping at The Church Saint Andrew more than a decade ago, after attending the Holiday Fair with my then girlfriend, Valerie, and her parents, Jacques and June Girard. I was immediately welcomed by the church community and made to feel at home by all. I am currently serving on my second term with the Vestry. I am chair of the In-Reach Committee. The Parish In-Reach Committee is all about taking care of “us,” this includes Homecoming, Mardi Gras, St. Andrew’s Day and other social activities. This committee will work closely with the Evening Guild, the Men’s Club and the parish office to prepare and schedule events.
