Come as you are Mass
Each Sunday evening at 7:00 pm, the Church of Saint Andrew offers an additional celebration of Holy Eucharist for folks returning from a weekend away, for people who have to work on Sunday morning, for families who are participating in Sunday morning sports events, and for folks who just need to sleep in on Sunday morning. This celebration will feature excellent music, preaching and fellowship around our tables of Word and Sacrament.
“Come as you are,” means just that! We don’t expect you to change a thing. Come in your most comfortable clothes, you can be as dressed up or as dressed down as you want. Come with your questions about God, about the Bible, or about organized religion. Come holding onto the traditions of the past or letting go of everything you ever believed. Come with an open heart and an open mind. Come with your expectations. Come as Straight, Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Transgender, married, divorced, widowed, single, in a long-term relationship or still looking for that perfect mate.
Come because you’re searching for a deeper more loving relationship with God. Come because your spirit needs company with other like souls.
Come to the Church of Saint Andrew, an open, inclusive, progressive and welcoming Episcopal Church next to Historic Richmond Town. Throughout our 296 year history we continue to live a life of Worship, Witness and Welcome in this borough of Staten Island. Why not let God touch your heart like never before.
